About Vitam Sanam

After working in the health sector for many years, it has become clear to me since 2020 at the latest that in the future it will be particularly important for everyone to (again) actively engage with their own health and well-being, not just on a physical level, but also on a mental level.

For this reason, I started the “Vitam Sanam” Health Secrets, if only to be able to better share the personal experiences I had with friends and acquaintances.

I am currently doing this with various colleagues (see Participation and at the end of the “Authors” page) out of purely private interest, but I am happy about any donation that ensures the continued existence of this newsletter.

Participate

If you have any experiences or tips on how we can help each other better, I would be happy to receive feedback at any time.

For those of you who would like to take part yourself, e.g. to talk about the history of an illness or your recovery from it, or to share a special tip that could help others, etc. — please get in touch as well.

These health secrets could become a true treasure trove of knowledge and serve as a background for not only improving people's health, but also to have a positively vitalizing and motivating effect on our lives in general.

Outlook

Be part of a community of people who share your interests. Perhaps in the future we will even start a podcast together (with you?), or offer online courses on the topic of holistic well-being or help for self-help.

Most of us have certain things in our lives that we have been trying to change or get under control for years or even decades, but have simply not been able to do so.

Together with a few sparring partners in the community, a suitable health coach as a virtual mentor or even on site, it's easier and a lot more fun!

By the way: There is also an German-language edition of Vitam Sanam.
